Our audio-visual app is designed to make your tour of our exhibition even more enjoyable. From Stone Age hand axe to the pneumatic post and today’s virtual messaging – with this audio guide, the Museum of Communication Berlin brings the topic of communication vibrantly alive!

The app offers three tours: 1. Milestones in the History of Communication, 2. Museum Highlights and 3. Architecture. On your audio tour, discover such remarkable objects as a mail coach literally up in the air and the legendary Enigma rotor-based cipher machine – and learn about the magnificent Wilhelmine-era museum building which houses our museum.

The museum building is fully accessible by wheelchair. A ramp leads to the main entrance. There is a wheelchair elevator on the first floor. All levels can be reached by elevator. There are handicapped accessible toilets.

Lockers for coats, etc. are located in the lower level of the museum.
